General Description

Rounder takes an input, and rounds it off to the length of the output. It can be specified to be signed or unsigned. All state changes occur on the rising edge.

Usage Examples:

The easiest way to instance the rounder is by using static method calls in the OTHERS class. If desired, however, the constructor calls may be made explicitly, as shown below.

First, you must import the Logic.Modules package:
import byucc.jhdl.Logic.Modules.*;

To instance an unsigned rounder, the constructor would be:
new rounder(this, a, false, q, "name");

To instance a signed, unnamed rounder, the constructor would be:
new rounder(this, a, true, q);
